Went to auto shop and picked up a mini 10 amp fuse after reading this forum.
It s a good idea to check your owner s manual to find out exactly what the flashing light means in this situation.
Additional info from explorer owners i drive an 2002 explorer with 168 000 miles.
I replaced the mini 10 amp in the 27 location on the fuse box inside the car not the engine fuse box.
